Rueda rises between 700 and 870 metres above sea level, with flat but high lands, which endure cold and very long winters and hot and dry summers. The soils are sandy-clay, red, grey and iridescent with pebbles and sands. Rueda has a continental climate.
Bright and clear, straw yellow colour with greenish tones. Intense on the nose, fresh, citric, with tropical fruits and aniseed nuances.
Young, lush, opulent. Fat on the palate, with vibrant and pleasant acidity. Persistent and long-lasting.
Perfect with light meals, fish, seafood, anchovies, sushi or to accompany an aperitif.
Optimum serving temperature: 8 – 10ºC
