The area benefits from the confluence of two opposing climates, the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, which provides mild temperatures and annual rainfall >400 l/m2, ideal conditions for vines. There are three areas with different winegrowing characteristics: Rioja Alta, Rioja Alavesa and Rioja Oriental
High robe, clean and bright with a deep garnet colour.
Elegant, fine and intense with predominant aromas of well-ripened black fruit with subtle and elegant tertiary notes of cigar box, leather and incense.
On the palate it is friendly due to its well polished and ripe tannins, it expresses itself with a certain freshness and volume giving a long and wide passage through the mouth.
It combines perfectly with game meat, roast lamb.
