To make this wine, once the optimum degree of ripeness has been reached, the Tempranillo grapes are harvested. These grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at medium temperatures and maceration to obtain a very aromatic and pleasant wine. Finally, with malolactic fermentation, we obtain smoothness and unctuousness. The wine is aged in American and French oak barrels for 6 months.
Ruby red colour. Aromatically intense, with notes of red fruits and notable toasted touches from the wood. Full in the mouth, tasty and structured. The tannins of the fruit and the wood are well rounded and velvety, making it a persistent wine.
Perfect with barbecues, spicy pasta, blood pudding, goat or sheep cheese or roast pork.
We recommend serving Pata Negra Roble at 15 – 16º C.
