Tempranillo grapes are used. The skins macerate with the must, thus extracting the desired colour and aromas. The wine is devatted after about six hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control, kept at a constant 16ºC to protect the elegant varietal aromas.
Bright pale strawberry colour with violet reflections. Intense notes of fresh, tart red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry combine perfectly with floral hints. Intense in the mouth, refreshing and fruity with a good backbone and persistence.
Pata Negra Ribera del Duero Rosé is excellent with cheeses, smoked salmon, sushi and traditional Spanish paella. Also delicious as an aperitif.
We recommend serving this Pata Negra Ribera del Duero Rosé at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
