The website owned by J. García Carrión, S.A. (hereinafter, the “website” or “site”) uses cookies and/or similar technologies that store and retrieve information while you browse. 5. Data transfers to third countries
The installation of certain cookies described in section 3 may involve transferring data to third countries. Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), objection, portability, restriction of processing and objection to automated decisions (including profiling).

7. Retention periods
In compliance with Article 13 (2)(a) GDPR, cookies are installed for a specific period. To consult retention periods, please refer to the “Expiry” column in section 3 “Which cookies do we use?”.
8. Changes to the Cookies Policy.
J. García Carrión, S.A. may amend this Cookies Policy to comply with legislative or regulatory requirements or to adapt it to guidelines issued by European or national supervisory authorities (in our case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency). Users are therefore advised to revisit it periodically.
When significant changes are made, users will be informed either via the website or by e-mail (for registered users).
